Studio Rental Agreement

Whitney Browning Studio has the right to refuse rental to any renter for any reason.
Studio rentals are not reserved until contract in signed and payment is made.
Whitney Browning Studio is not responsible for any injuries that occur at the studio.
LENGTH OF USE: Rental periods are pre-arranged at the time of booking. Renter’s time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, etc. unless negotiated at time of rental contract. Additional fees may apply. Early or extended hours must be worked out and paid for in advance before rental period begins.
CLEANING & TRASH: Renter agrees to leave the premises and all contents in the same condition as they were when the renter arrived. Renter will dispose of trash collected in the supplied trashcans across the street. Please, leave the studio in the same condition. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session the cleaning fee will be added (from $100) and will depend on the amount of work required.
DAMAGES: Renter is responsible for any damages made by themselves or their clients/guests to the studio during their time.
There is to be no smoking or pets in the studio at any time. Please keep noise and music to a minimum, as people live in the building.
If you have more than 8 guests at one time, you will need to ask for approval and you may be subject to a higher fee.
Boudoir photography is not allowed in the studio.
